One thing I’ve seen done, which could really work if you hook the right person is a script review by you (the writer). You can offer to read an aspiring writer’s script and zoom with them for an hour to review it.

It is a good reward because, aside from an hour of time, it doesn’t cost you anything, so it’s all profit; it is a relatively expensive award (~100, I think, depending on your experience/how well known you are); and the personal connection can get you a fan for life, who will buy all your stuff.
