The Cover will be based either on option 2 or 3. We still haven't decided on that.
Yes, I used drag and drop for uploading both images at the same time. Seems the one with pages 7, 8 was uploaded first and I didn't notice.
I thought the number of the panels being smaller (than the dialogue's) and either in the corner or outside the panels was enough to distinguish them. I might need to find another way of showing these to make the separation clearer.
